自(zi)動(dong)煙(yan)塵煙(yan)氣(qi)測試(shi)儀開(kai)始前需要(yao)做(zuo)那些工作

工(gong)作前準備(bei),濾筒(tong)前處理和稱重(zhong),用鉛筆將濾筒(tong)編(bian)號,在(zai)105~110℃ 烘(hong)箱內(nei)烘(hong)烤(kao)1小(xiao)時(shi),取(qu)出(chu)放(fang)入(ru)幹(gan)燥(zao)器(qi)中(zhong)冷卻(que)至室溫(wen)。用感量0.1mg天平(ping)稱量,兩次重(zhong)量之差(cha)不(bu)超(chao)過0.5mg,放入(ru)容(rong)器中(zhong)保存(cun)。幹(gan)燥(zao)劑(ji)的裝填。將(jiang)幹(gan)燥(zao)筒(tong)密(mi)封(feng)蓋旋開(kai),加入(ru)約3/4體積的具(ju)有(you)充(chong)分幹(gan)燥(zao)能(neng)力的變色矽(gui)膠(顆(ke)粒狀(zhuang)),然(ran)後將密(mi)封(feng)蓋旋緊(jin)即可(ke)。
檢(jian)查(zha)儀(yi)器功能(neng),選(xuan)擇(ze)幹(gan)燥(zao)、避(bi)陽(yang)處(chu),將儀器放(fang)置平穩(wen)。確認(ren)電源(yuan)為(wei)交流220V後,接通(tong)電源(yuan)線,打(da)開(kai)電源(yuan)開(kai)關,面(mian)板(ban)開(kai)關指(zhi)示燈(deng)亮(liang),檢(jian)查顯示器、鍵盤(pan)、采樣泵(beng)等是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常。
自(zi)動(dong)煙(yan)塵煙(yan)氣(qi)測試(shi)儀工(gong)作原理,顆(ke)粒物(wu)等速(su)采樣原理:將采樣管由(you)采樣孔(kong)放入(ru)煙(yan)道中(zhong),將采樣嘴置(zhi)於測點(dian)上(shang),正(zheng)對氣(qi)流方(fang)向(xiang),按等速(su)采樣要求(qiu)抽取壹定(ding)量的含塵氣(qi)體,根據濾膜(mo)捕集(ji)到的煙(yan)塵重(zhong)量以及(ji)抽取的氣(qi)體體積,計算顆(ke)粒物(wu)的排(pai)放濃(nong)度及(ji)排(pai)放總量。
自(zi)動(dong)煙(yan)塵煙(yan)氣(qi)測試(shi)儀的微(wei)處(chu)理器測控(kong)系(xi)統根據各(ge)種(zhong)傳(chuan)感器(qi)檢測到的靜壓、動(dong)壓(ya)、溫度(du)及(ji)含(han)濕(shi)量等參(can)數(shu),計算出(chu)煙(yan)氣(qi)流速、等速(su)跟(gen)蹤(zong)流量,測控(kong)系(xi)統將該流量與流量傳(chuan)感器(qi)檢測到的流量相比(bi)較,計(ji)算出(chu)相(xiang)應的控制信(xin)號(hao),控(kong)制(zhi)電路(lu)調整抽氣(qi)泵(beng)的抽氣(qi)能(neng)力,使(shi)實(shi)際(ji)采樣流量與計(ji)算的采樣標(biao)準流量相等,同(tong)時(shi)微(wei)處(chu)理器用檢(jian)測到的流量計前溫度和壓力自(zi)動(dong)將實際(ji)采樣體積換(huan)算為標(biao)況(kuang)采樣體積。
自(zi)動(dong)煙(yan)塵煙(yan)氣(qi)測試(shi)儀含(han)濕(shi)量測量原理,微(wei)處(chu)理器控制(zhi)傳(chuan)感器(qi)測量、采集(ji)濕(shi)球(qiu)、幹(gan)球(qiu)表(biao)面溫度以及(ji)通(tong)過濕(shi)球(qiu)表(biao)面的壓力及(ji)排(pai)氣(qi)靜壓,結(jie)合(he)輸入(ru)的大氣(qi)壓,同(tong)時(shi)根據濕(shi)球(qiu)表(biao)面溫度自(zi)動(dong)查出(chu)該溫(wen)度(du)下的飽和水蒸氣(qi)壓力--Pbv,根據公(gong)式計算出(chu)煙(yan)氣(qi)含濕(shi)量。含氧量測量原理:將采樣管放(fang)入(ru)煙(yan)道中(zhong),抽取含有(you)O2 的煙(yan)氣(qi),使(shi)之通(tong)過O2電化(hua)學(xue)傳(chuan)感器(qi),檢測出(chu)O2的瞬時(shi)濃(nong)度,同(tong)時(shi)根據檢(jian)測到的O2濃(nong)度,換(huan)算出(chu)空氣(qi)過剩系(xi)數(shu)α。
